Julienne: to slice into thin strips.

It is important to remember not to attempt to make strips too thin as they will fall apart and you will be left with an unappealing product visually. Remember, Before people will taste the pizza, they will see it, and they will smell it so be sure that your pizza is appetizing to every sense.
