Garlic Oil Glazed Crust
Want a delicious pizzeria style crust with a light hint of garlic?
Take a clove of garlic, place it whole in a pan with a cup of olive oil and bake at 250 degrees until the garlic becomes soft.
The resulting oil will have a mild garlic flavor, and a delectable aroma!
Using a brush, apply the oil around the crust of a pizza immediately after it comes out of the over, so it gets soaked into the crust. The result: amazing, mildly garlic-y crust!
And by the way, the garlic clove that you baked with will become so soft you can spread it on a slice of bread!
