Arbys (tm) Pizza
When you're thinking Arby's AND pizza at the same time...
Total Prep / Cook Time (not including dough / sauce) : 30-40 minutes.*
*Not including trip to Arbys for ingredients
Level of Difficulty: Beginner.
Ingredients:
Note: all recipes on this site are scaled to a 14" round large pizza, for larger or smaller pizzas, please scale accordingly.
1 Traditional Dough
8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
25 Packets of Arbys (tm) Sauce
4 Regular Roast Beef Sandwhiches (or two larges)
2 Large Curly Fries
Flour
Olive Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 550 degrees
*if using a pizza stone, make sure the oven is preheating/heated for at least twenty minutes prior to putting the pizza into the oven.
Remove all roast beef from buns. Place buns aside if you wish to use or eat, otherwise they can be discarded.
Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on a flat preparing surface, place dough ball onto flour and roll to get a light coating of flour.
Using a rolling pin or your hands, stretch dough out evenly to the size of the pan.
Prepare the pan using either cornmeal or olive oil, and place dough onto pan.
Empty Sacue packets onto dough, spreading sauce evenly across dough.
Sprinkle a small amount of shredded cheese evenly across pizza.
Layer on the roast beef evenly across the entire pizza.
Make a layer of curly fries on top of the roast beef.
Add the remainder of the cheese
If desired, sprinkle a small amount of salt and pepper.
Place pizza in oven and cook for 10 to 13 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and stringy.
